The project occupies approximately 30 acres and is reported to comprise about 4,087 residential units across multiple towers, offering studio, 1, 2, 3 and 4 BHK apartments, duplexes and independent-floor configurations. It includes a large clubhouse, swimming pool, gymnasium, children’s facilities, landscaped and thematic green areas, recreation and sports infrastructure, retail and community facilities, security, parking and utility services. Approximately 3,200 apartments are reported to have been delivered, while resale and ready-to-move inventory is available in the occupied portions.
