3 side open apartment, no sharing wall and 10.5 feet hight, construction quality is very good, Minimum size of apartment is 1686 ( 3BHK) to 3424 sqft (4Bhk+s) Low population density Only 400 appartments approximately in 5.25 Acres area The society has very good profile and luxury layout like each floor 2 apartment and smaller size has each floor 4 apartment
